Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Online orders are recommended and preferred for speed and accuracy. However, you may call your order in between these times or fax or email your order at any time. Orders placed after hours will be processed the next business day.  Shipping and Handling
We make every effort to ship stock orders within three business days and custom orders within five business days. Special orders and large quantity orders are shipped within four weeks, but may take longer depending on availability. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately, via email, upon receipt of your order.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax is applied to any online orders placed by customers in Florida, USA.
Warranty
Bradford's of Tampa warrants our products to be free of defects in workmanship and material. Once we have determined that a product is defective, it will be replaced or a credit may be offered at the discretion of Bradford's of Tampa. We limit our liability to the cost of the product only; no other warranty is suggested.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns must be received by Bradford’s of Tampa within 28 days of the date you received your merchandise. Please alert us of your return via email to shop@bradfordsoftampa.com. Clearance items, Specials, Shower Rods and Custom orders are not returnable. Stock returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless you are exchanging for another stock item. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Refused orders by customers will be returned to stock. A 30% restocking fee and shipping costs will be charged and billed to your account. |
